Fresh Catch Night arrives with all the flavors of a proper island summer.

This week’s menu features Coconut Ginger Lime Poached Fresh Catch served with baby bok choy, jasmine rice, and chili crisp, bright, layered flavors that somehow taste even better with the sound of the sea nearby. We’ll begin with Thai Chicken Satay and Peanut Sauce before ending the evening with Coconut Rice Custard.

It’s the kind of dinner that makes you want to slow down and stay awhile.

Summer Tuesdays are always more fun when the tables are full, so consider this your gentle invitation to bring a friend, neighbor, or visiting guest along for the evening. Great meals deserve great company.

Lamb chops, sunset breezes, and a table full of familiar faces, now that sounds like the right way to begin June at Ha’Penny.

This Tuesday’s Casual Deck Dinner features Honey Garlic Lamb Loin Chops served with dirty mash and asparagus, a menu made for lingering conversations and second glasses of wine as the evening settles in around us. We’ll begin with Chicken Croquettes paired with Romesco Sauce before finishing the night with a bright and summery Strawberry Lemon Trifle.

If lamb chops are your weakness, this is your night.

As always, our grilled chicken entrée substitute is available throughout the season for those who prefer a lighter option.

Summer is the perfect season to bring friends, neighbors, houseguests, and fellow sunset lovers to the club. The more voices around the table, the better Tuesday nights become.

This is one of those easy Ha’Penny evenings, uncomplicated, relaxed, and meant to be enjoyed at your own pace.

We’ll start with a Whipped Feta Dip and crostini, perfect for sharing and easing into the night with a drink in hand.

The main is Spaghetti with Clams, simple, classic, and full of flavor in that understated way that never tries too hard and always delivers.

And for dessert, Strawberry Cobbler with Vanilla Ice Cream. Warm, familiar, and just the right kind of indulgence.

Some evenings at Ha’Penny feel especially tied to the water and this is one of them.

We begin with Cracked Conch, crisp and tender, paired with a spicy mango aioli that brings just the right lift of sweetness and heat. It’s the kind of start that sets the tone for everything that follows.

For the main, a Grilled Miso Fresh Catch takes center stage, served alongside a light orzo salad, charred leeks, and a tahini parsley lemon sauce that feels both bright and grounding at once. It’s fresh, layered, and quietly memorable.

Dessert is a Lemon Raspberry Posset, silky, citrus-forward, and just sweet enough to leave you lingering a little longer at the table.

Come settle in. This is what May evenings are made for.

There’s something about a good steak dinner that feels just right at Ha’Penny. Maybe it’s the breeze coming off the water, maybe it’s the clink of glasses as the sun dips low, or maybe it’s simply the pleasure of sitting down to a beautifully prepared meal among friends.

This Tuesday, we’re leaning all the way in.

We begin with a bowl of Smokey Asparagus Soup, finished with a bright touch of lemon oil, light, elegant, and just enough to wake up the palate. From there, the main event arrives: a Grilled Dijon Herb Crusted Filet Mignon, paired with rich Smoked Gouda Potato Au Gratin and shaved Brussels sprouts, all brought together with a silky tarragon béarnaise. It’s the kind of plate that invites you to slow down and savor.

And then, because we must, Carrot Cake with brown butter cream cheese buttercream. Comforting, a little indulgent, and absolutely worth it.

If steak isn’t calling your name this week, Chef has you covered. A Pan Seared Chicken Breast with jasmine rice, haricot vert, and a balsamic glaze is available as a substitute, simple, balanced, and just as thoughtfully prepared.

Settle in, bring a friend, and let the evening unfold. Steak Night is always a favorite and for good reason.

A little color, a little spice, and a whole lot of flavor, Cinco de Mayo arrives at Ha’Penny with all the warmth and ease of a coastal evening well spent.

We’ll begin with a Picadillo Empanada, filled with seasoned beef and cheese, golden, savory, and just the right start to the night.

For the main, Chicken Enchiladas take center stage, served with Mexican rice, pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream. It’s a vibrant, satisfying plate, layered, festive, and meant to be enjoyed slowly, with good company and a second sip close by.

And then, Tres Leches for dessert, light, sweet, and indulgent in all the right ways. A classic finish that never disappoints.

Come join us for a night that’s a little livelier, a little more flavorful, and still unmistakably Ha’Penny.

This is what the deck was made for.

On April 29th, we’re firing up the grill for a night that’s all about smoky, sweet, and straight-off-the-flame flavor. It starts light with a chilled carrot gazpacho finished with basil oil, then moves into grilled honey glazed chicken kabobs and steak with onions, simple, satisfying, and just right for an evening outside.

On the side, whipped garlic mashed potatoes and roasted corn (because you can’t not), and a chocolate banana bread pudding to close things out, warm, rich, and worth saving room for.

Not in the mood for kebabs? A roasted chicken breast with jasmine rice, roasted Brussels, and orange butter sauce will be available as well.

Bring a friend, find your spot, and let the grill do the rest.

As always, please RSVP with Susie so we can plan accordingly.

Good food, open air, and a table that always makes room.

Some nights are about leaning back a little and letting dinner be easy.

On April 20th, we’re heading to the deck for a casual Italian night, good food, familiar flavors, and the kind of meal that feels like it’s meant to be shared.

We’ll start with crispy, cheesy arancini with marinara (always a good idea), then move into a rich short rib bolognese over hand-cut pasta, finished with shaved parmesan and grilled garlic bread. And yes, tiramisu to close, because there’s really no other way to end a night like this.

Chef Ralph took a look at the recent survey and, let’s just say… this one might feel familiar in the best way. You asked, he’s cooking.

Not in a pasta mood? There will also be a roasted chicken breast with jasmine rice, roasted Brussels, and orange butter sauce available.

Come as you are, bring a friend, and settle in.

As always, please RSVP with Susie so we can set the table.

This is one of those dinners that feels like St. Croix on a plate.

On April 14th, we’re leaning into the kind of meal that doesn’t need much fuss, just good ingredients, handled well. It starts with crab puffs (because why not start strong), then moves into a roasted tomato basil fresh catch with lemon jasmine rice and grilled zucchini; bright, clean, and exactly what you want after a long day.

Dessert brings it home with a soursop panna cotta, cool, silky, and just a little unexpected.

Not in a fish mood? We’ve got you. Chef Ralph is offering a roasted chicken breast with jasmine rice, roasted Brussels, and orange butter sauce, rich, balanced, and absolutely not a second choice.

This is an easy night to say yes to. Bring a friend, pull a table together, and let dinner take care of itself.

Just be sure to RSVP with Susie so we know you’re coming.

Some dinners feel a little more special and this is one of them.

On April 7th, Chef Ralph steps forward with a showcase menu that’s layered, thoughtful, and full of bright, unexpected moments. From lobster toast with citrus and chili oil to a local catch crudo touched with passion fruit and coconut, each course builds with intention.

There’s depth here too, creamy chicken and wild rice soup with truffle mushrooms, a striking cauliflower trio salad, and a beautifully prepared parmesan-crusted petit filet served with yucca frites and beurre rouge.

And just when you think it couldn’t go further, dessert arrives, a matcha ube éclair that feels like a final, playful note.

This is a dinner to enjoy from start to finish.
