Our Season Opening Steak Night on Tuesday, November 12th was all about delivering the warm flavors and comforting richness that mark the start of fall. Appetizer: Crispy Crab Cake

We began with a show-stopping Crispy Crab Cake – golden on the outside and tender within. Paired with a Spiced Lemon Aioli for a bright, bold twist and finished with delicate Micro Greens, this appetizer awakened the palate and set the stage for the culinary delights to follow.

Main Course: Blue Cheese Crusted Filet

The main course was indulgent perfection. Our Blue Cheese Crusted Filet, cooked to order, was topped with a savory crust that melted with each bite. Accompanied by Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes for a creamy touch and Seasonal Vegetables sourced from local farms, it was completed with a Black Pepper Parmesan Cream Sauce, balancing earthy richness with a hint of spice. For variety, we also offered a chicken entrée with the same quality and thoughtful preparation.

Dessert: Chocolate Soufflé

To end on a sweet note, we served a Chocolate Soufflé—light, decadent, and full of deep chocolate flavor. Topped with a Raspberry Glaze, Chantilly Cream, Powdered Sugar, and fresh Mint, this dessert left a lasting impression.
