June 9 — Fresh Catch with Coconut Ginger Lime

Fresh Catch Night arrives with all the flavors of a proper island summer.

This week’s menu features Coconut Ginger Lime Poached Fresh Catch served with baby bok choy, jasmine rice, and chili crisp, bright, layered flavors that somehow taste even better with the sound of the sea nearby. We’ll begin with Thai Chicken Satay and Peanut Sauce before ending the evening with Coconut Rice Custard.

It’s the kind of dinner that makes you want to slow down and stay awhile.

Summer Tuesdays are always more fun when the tables are full, so consider this your gentle invitation to bring a friend, neighbor, or visiting guest along for the evening. Great meals deserve great company.
