This Tuesday’s menu features Roasted Za’tar Chicken served with couscous, sumac onions, and black garlic tahini, warm, earthy flavors perfect for a long summer evening on the deck. We’ll begin with White Bean & Sausage Soup before finishing with Oreo Mousse Cake, because balance is important.
