May has a way of easing us into summer here at Ha’Penny. The light lingers a little longer, the breeze softens, and the rhythm of the Club finds its stride again, easy, social, and just a touch celebratory.

We’ve put together a month of gatherings that feel true to the season, good food, familiar faces, and a few reasons to linger just a little longer.

We begin on May 5 with a festive Cinco de Mayo Dinner, full of color and flavor, the kind of evening that brings a little energy back to the table.

On May 10, we slow things down for Mother’s Day Brunch at 11:30am, a relaxed morning to gather, celebrate, and enjoy a beautiful spread by the sea.

Then it’s back to one of our favorites on May 12, Steak Night. Classic, satisfying, and always a good time.

As the month unfolds, we lean into the coastal side of things with Fresh Catch Dinner on May 19, bright, seasonal, and perfectly suited to this time of year.

And we close out the month on May 26 with a Casual Deck Dinner, simple, relaxed, and meant for easy conversation as the sun dips low.

Beyond the table, May is also about settling back into the social rhythm of the Club. For the summer season, if you have an interest in Bridge or Mexican Train, we’d love to have you join in, feel free to reach out to Herb Land or Francie Whittenburg.

And as always, summer memberships are still available. If someone comes to mind, bring them along as your guest, we’re always happy to welcome new faces into the fold.

This is one of those dinners that feels like St. Croix on a plate.

On April 14th, we’re leaning into the kind of meal that doesn’t need much fuss, just good ingredients, handled well. It starts with crab puffs (because why not start strong), then moves into a roasted tomato basil fresh catch with lemon jasmine rice and grilled zucchini; bright, clean, and exactly what you want after a long day.

Dessert brings it home with a soursop panna cotta, cool, silky, and just a little unexpected.

Not in a fish mood? We’ve got you. Chef Ralph is offering a roasted chicken breast with jasmine rice, roasted Brussels, and orange butter sauce, rich, balanced, and absolutely not a second choice.

This is an easy night to say yes to. Bring a friend, pull a table together, and let dinner take care of itself.

The holidays have arrived at Ha’Penny, and December is filled with delicious dinners, festive gatherings, member traditions, and opportunities to connect with friends old and new. Whether you’re joining us for a special meal, a beach walk, game day, or our beloved holiday events, we’re excited to celebrate the season with you.

Throughout the month, we’ll continue offering one featured entrée each dinner evening, plus our always-available Seared Chicken Breast with jasmine rice, roasted Brussels sprouts, and a rotating specialty sauce.
