On Tuesday, December 3rd, Ha’Penny members gathered for an unforgettable dining experience filled with exquisite flavors and warm camaraderie. The evening began with a delightful appetizer of Crispy Shrimp Fritters paired with a zesty Citrus Garlic Aioli, setting the tone for the feast ahead.

The main course featured a choice between two exceptional dishes. Many enjoyed the Sage Butternut Bleu Cheese Stuffed Pork Loin, served alongside Brown Butter Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables, and a rich Cognac Apple Compote. Others opted for the Seared Chicken Breast, perfectly complemented by Jasmine Rice, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, and a savory White Wine Pan Sauce.
