Equity Membership is the foundation of Ha’Penny, ideal for those seeking deep engagement with the Club’s dining, social calendar, and governance.
Privileges include:
- Full access to weekly dinners, brunches, special events, and Club activities
- Voting rights and an equity stake in the Club
- Invitations to signature social and cultural gatherings throughout the season
Investment
- Initiation Fee: $1,000 (Single) | $2,000 (Couple)
- Annual Dues:
- Resident Single: $1,500
- Resident Couple: $3,000
- Non-Resident (Single or Couple): $500
- SBA assessment approximately $25 per person, per month

Social Membership
All the atmosphere, with added flexibility.
Social Membership is designed for those who want to enjoy Ha’Penny’s dining and social life without an equity commitment.

Annual Dues (no initiation fee):
- Single: $750
- Couple: $1,500
Social Memberships are offered in limited numbers and renewed seasonally, preserving the intimacy of the Club.
Game Day Membership
Daytime connection, effortless and social.
Perfect for members who love daytime gatherings and prefer a relaxed, sun-lit pace, Game Day Membership centers around Thursdays at the Club.
Includes
- Access to Thursday daytime activities and Game Day lunches
- Games, conversation, and ocean breezes
- Eligibility to attend up to three additional dinners or brunches per year
Annual Fee
- $150
Lunch is priced separately at the regular lunch rate. Guests are welcome, with costs assumed by the member.
Summer Membership
A seasonal invitation.
Available during the summer months (May–July), Summer Membership offers a light, welcoming way to experience Ha’Penny.
Rates
- Single: $150
- Couple: $250
Offered by referral, Summer Membership is ideal for seasonal residents and visiting friends who want to enjoy the Club during the quieter months.
Junior Membership
The next generation of Ha’Penny.
Junior Membership is available to members 40 years of age and under, offering full participation at a reduced rate.
Benefits
- Initiation fee and annual dues at 50% of Equity rates
- No annual minimum billing
- Automatic transition to Individual Membership at age 41
Non-Resident Membership
Ha’Penny, whenever you return.
For members who spend limited time on St. Croix, Non-Resident Membership provides continued access to Club life without full residency requirements.
