Guidelines for Hosting
Only members may arrange private parties, and the sponsoring member must attend the event and assume responsibility for expenses. To get started, contact the Club’s Private Party Coordinator with the following details:
- Type of party
- Date and time
- Number of guests (up to 150 maximum)
Planning Your Event
- The Club’s Chef will handle catering, hiring, and paying kitchen and wait staff. Payment for food services is made directly to the Chef on the day or night of the event.
- If a bar is desired, arrangements can be made with the Head Wait Person for your choice of liquor, wine, and setups. A 10% service charge applies, and gratuities are at your discretion.
Cost Overview
The Club charges a cover fee to offset security, setup, cleaning, and equipment usage costs:
- For personal or associate-hosted events: $150–$500, depending on guest count.
- For outside group-sponsored events: $250–$1,500.
Additional Details
- Rental of extra equipment is the host’s responsibility.
