We began with a show-stopping Crispy Crab Cake – golden on the outside and tender within. Paired with a Spiced Lemon Aioli for a bright, bold twist and finished with delicate Micro Greens, this appetizer awakened the palate and set the stage for the culinary delights to follow.
Main Course: Blue Cheese Crusted Filet
The main course was indulgent perfection. Our Blue Cheese Crusted Filet, cooked to order, was topped with a savory crust that melted with each bite. Accompanied by Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes for a creamy touch and Seasonal Vegetables sourced from local farms, it was completed with a Black Pepper Parmesan Cream Sauce, balancing earthy richness with a hint of spice.
