A Delightful Evening at Ha’Penny: Tuesday, December 10th

Ha’Penny members enjoyed an elegant and flavorful dining experience on Tuesday, December 10th, as the club came together for a beautifully curated meal.

The evening began with a refreshing Local Green Salad featuring seasonal vegetables, creamy goat cheese, toasted walnuts, and a vibrant Pomegranate Grapefruit Vinaigrette that added a touch of festive flair.

For the main course, diners were treated to the exquisite Salmon Coulibiac, a flaky puff pastry filled with rice and spinach, served alongside seasonal vegetables and a luscious Dill Béarnaise. For those seeking a classic alternative, the Seared Chicken Breast with Jasmine Rice, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, and a savory White Wine Pan Sauce was a perfect substitute.

Dessert was a standout, with Cranberry Lemon Pound Cake drizzled with a fragrant Rosemary Glaze, offering a sweet and zesty conclusion to a wonderful evening.
